Refund and Returns Policy

Living Plants

At Navigators Nursery, we take great care in selecting and maintaining healthy plants. Due to the living nature of our products, we have the following policy:

  • Inspection at Purchase: We encourage all customers to inspect plants before purchase or delivery. Our qualified horticulturist is available to answer questions about plant health and care.
  • Plant Guarantee: Plants are guaranteed to be healthy and true to variety at the time of sale or delivery. Once plants leave our nursery, we cannot guarantee their survival as this depends on planting conditions, care, and environmental factors beyond our control.
  • Damaged Plants: If you receive a damaged plant, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery at navigatorsnursery@gmail.com or 0421 935 017. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
  • Sales: All plant sales are final. We offer in-store pickup and local delivery only.

Pots, Garden Supplies, and Accessories

  • Returns: Non-living items (pots, fertilizers, garden ornaments, etc.) may be returned within 48 hours of purchase or delivery in original, unused condition with proof of purchase.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Damaged Items: Please inspect all items upon delivery or collection. Report any damage within 48 hours for replacement or refund.

Consultations and Services

On-site consultations and design services are non-refundable once provided. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Delivery

We offer local delivery in the Ballarat area. Delivery fees apply. All sales are for in-store pickup or local delivery only - we do not ship plants.
