Welcome to Navigators Nursery. By purchasing from our nursery or using our website, you agree to these terms of service.

  1. Products and Services

Navigators Nursery specializes in cold climate hardy plants suitable for the Ballarat region and surrounding areas. We offer:

Live plants (natives, exotics, perennials, shrubs, and trees) Garden supplies (potting mixes, fertilizers, mulches) Pots and garden accessories Horticultural consultations and garden design advice

  1. Plant Health and Care

All plants are inspected and healthy at time of sale.   We provide care instructions and growing advice for all plants Plant survival after purchase depends on proper planting, care, and environmental conditions.   Our qualified horticulturist is available to answer questions about plant selection and care

  1. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable Prices are subject to change without notice Payment is required at time of purchase We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments

  1. Delivery and Collection

Local delivery is available in the Ballarat area (fees apply) Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather or other factors Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries

We kindly ask that all orders are collected within 14 days of notification that your order is ready for pickup If you need a bit more time or would like to arrange an alternative collection date, please contact us at navigatorsnursery@gmail.com or 0421 935 017 before the 14-day period expires - we're happy to work with you Please note that if plants are not collected within 28 days of notification,  we reserve the right to consider the order abandoned,  payment may be forfeited, and plants / items returned to our available stock

  1. Consultations

On-site consultations are available by appointment Consultation fees apply and are payable at time of service Please provide 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling

  1. Limitation of Liability

Navigators Nursery is not liable for:

Plant failure due to improper planting, care, or environmental conditions Damage caused by pests, diseases, or weather after plants leave our care Consequential damages arising from plant failure

  1. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles. We collect information necessary to process orders and provide services.
