Shipping and Delivery Policy

Local Delivery Only

Navigators Nursery offers local delivery service in the Ballarat area and surrounding regions. We do not ship plants or products outside our local delivery zone.

Delivery Area

We deliver to Ballarat and surrounding areas within a reasonable distance from our nursery at 410 Navigators Road, Navigators VIC 3352. Please contact us to confirm if we deliver to your location.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary based on distance and order size. Fees will be calculated and confirmed at the time of purchase.

Delivery Times

• Deliveries are typically made within 7 days of order placement
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, plant availability, or other factors
• We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery and inspect plants upon arrival

In-Store Pickup

Free pickup is available at our nursery:

• Address: 410 Navigators Road, Navigators VIC 3352
• Hours: Wednesday to Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM (Closed during winter months)
• Please allow time for us to prepare your order before pickup

Plant Care During Delivery

We take great care to ensure plants arrive in excellent condition. Plants are secured and protected during transport to minimize damage.

Inspection

Please inspect all plants and products upon delivery. Report any damage or concerns within 48 hours to navigatorsnursery@gmail.com or 0421 935 017.
