Atriplex nummularia, commonly known as Old Man Saltbush, is a hardy Australian native shrub valued for its silvery-grey foliage, toughness, and versatility as a bushfood and fodder plant (a Tucker Bush favourite).

• Position: full sun
• Foliage: soft, silver-grey, edible leaves used traditionally as bush tucker
• Extremely hardy: tolerates drought, salt, wind and poor soils
