Leptospermum morrisonii ‘Burgundy’ – Burgundy Tea Tree
Leptospermum morrisonii ‘Burgundy’ – Burgundy Tea Tree
Leptospermum morrisonii ‘Burgundy’ is a fast-growing Australian native shrub with fine evergreen foliage and striking burgundy-coloured new growth. Masses of delicate white flowers appear in spring, creating a beautiful contrast against the darker foliage.
Gently arching branches give this Burgundy Tea Tree a soft, natural shape, ideal for informal screening, hedging or a feature shrub. It grows approximately 3m high and 1.5m wide.
Plant in full sun or light shade in well-drained soil. Prune after flowering to maintain its shape and encourage fresh, colourful growth.
