Leucadendron 'Burgundy Sunset'

Leucadendron 'Burgundy Sunset' is a stunning South African native shrub with rich burgundy-red foliage and bracts that deepen in colour through the cooler months. A striking feature plant in the garden, it also makes exceptional long-lasting cut flowers and foliage for floral arrangements.

Approximate size at maturity: 1.5–2m height × 1–1.5m width.

Plant in full sun in well-drained, low-phosphorus soil. Moderately drought tolerant once established. Avoid overwatering and heavy clay soils. Performs well in cool climates including the Ballarat region.
