Leucadendron 'Inca Gold'

Leucadendron 'Inca Gold' is a hardy, compact cone bush that brings brilliant golden colour to the winter and spring garden. Dense yellow-green foliage shifts to glowing gold, topped with masses of bright yellow flower heads surrounded by showy bracts, ideal for cut flowers.

Growing to around 1–1.5 × 1–1.5 m, it forms a neat, bushy shrub perfect for low hedges, feature planting or mixed native and coastal gardens. Plant in full sun in well-drained, neutral to acidic soil; once established it is drought tolerant and low maintenance, rewarding you with reliable year-round structure and striking seasonal colour.

Ideal for Ballarat's climate, this South African native tolerates frost and performs beautifully in sunny, north and west-facing positions.
