Black mulberry 'Dwarf'

Morus nigra 'Dwarf'

Dwarf Black Mulberry - perfect for smaller gardens and containers. This productive variety produces delicious, dark purple-black berries with a sweet, rich flavour. The dwarf form makes it ideal for patios, courtyards, or limited spaces while still delivering a generous harvest.

Thrives in full sun to part shade and prefers well-drained soil. Cold hardy and frost tolerant once established. Self-fertile, so you only need one tree for fruit production. Deciduous with attractive foliage that turns golden in autumn.

Matures to approx 3mtrs but we recommend keeping them pruned to 2mtrs for easier harvesting.

Lightly prune in mid to late Summer when sap flow is decreasing.
