Protea 'Honeyglow'

Protea 'Honeyglow' is a magnificent South African native shrub producing large, honey-toned flowerheads with warm golden-yellow bracts tipped with soft pink. A showstopping feature plant in the garden and an outstanding long-lasting cut flower, it is sure to draw admiring glances in any floral arrangement.

Approximate size at maturity: 1.5–2m height × 1.5–2m width.

Plant in full sun in well-drained, low-phosphorus soil. Moderately drought tolerant once established. Avoid overwatering and heavy clay soils. Performs well in cool climates including the Ballarat region.
