Rhododendron ‘You Beaut’ | Pink Flowering Evergreen Shrub

Rhododendron ‘You Beaut’ is a compact evergreen shrub with attractive clusters of vibrant pink flowers in spring. The colourful blooms stand out beautifully against the dark green foliage, making it a lovely choice for adding colour to shaded garden areas.

Growing to around 1–1.5m high and wide, it is well suited to garden beds, sheltered borders and woodland-style plantings. Plant in part shade in moist, well-drained, acidic soil rich in organic matter. Keep the soil evenly moist, particularly during dry weather, and mulch around the roots to help retain moisture.

Rhododendrons are well suited to cool-climate gardens, and ‘You Beaut’ is a good option to consider for frosty areas around Ballarat. Protection from drying winds and hot afternoon sun will help it perform at its best.

At Navigators Nursery, your frost-hardy nursery near Ballarat, we carefully select plants suited to local conditions, including beautiful flowering shrubs that bring colour to the garden year after year.
