A striking Australian native evergreen shrub valued for its unique blue-grey, ovate, perfoliate leaves that clasp the stems, creating a sculptural and modern look. Native to dry sclerophyll forests, woodlands, and rocky areas of New South Wales and Victoria, this multi-branched clumping shrub displays arching racemes of nodding star-like blue to purple flowers throughout summer.
